Return Policy for Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our baseball gloves, 7SportsPro does not accept refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all customization selections before completing the checkout process. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances.

🎨 Regarding colors and preview images:

Please note that color shades may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the leather dyeing process can affect how colors appear. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Additionally, all glove preview images shown in our custom builder are for reference only and default to a right-handed thrower layout. Regardless of the image shown, your glove will be built exactly according to the selections you make during the customization process.

Normal wear, fading, or discoloration of leather over time is not covered under warranty.
